You will also need to submit the following documents in order to have your application processed:
1) Two forms of ID for all adults that will be living in the home:
-A Driver’s License/State ID; AND
-A secondary form of ID with your name on it
2) 30 days’ worth of income for all adults that will be living in the home.
-Weekly Pay: 4 paystubs
-Bi-weekly Pay: 2 paystubs
-Self-employed: Last Year’s Tax Return
-Bank Statement if you have Direct Deposit
**If you are a Section 8 participant, in addition to ALL of the items listed above, you will also need to submit:
1) Your Section 8 Voucher (It cannot expire within 6 weeks from day you turn in your application)
2) Utility Allowance Schedule
