Thank you for your interest! Please read and complete all information in the sections provided. If you have any questions, contact us immediately. You will be contacted by our office on the status of your application within 72 hours.

After you submit your application online you will also need to submit the following documents in order to have your application processed: 

1) Two forms of ID for all adults that will be living in the home:
-A Driver’s License/State ID; AND
-A secondary form of ID with your name on it

2) 30 days’ worth of income for all adults that will be living in the home.
-Weekly Pay: 4 paystubs
-Bi-weekly Pay: 2 paystubs
-Self-employed: Last Year’s Tax Return
-Bank Statement if you have Direct Deposit

**If you are a Section 8 participant, in addition to ALL of the items listed above, you will also need to submit:
1) Your Section 8 Voucher (It cannot expire within 6 weeks from day you turn in your application)
2) Utility Allowance Schedule
